Rates/Tariffs

All tariffs are quoted in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Tariffs are per night per suite (La Perouse Suite 1, 2 & 3 can be set as a King or two singles) and include a set breakfast served Parisian style in our kitchen.

Number of Guests

Each suite accommodates a maximum of two adults. All suites have been designed for the enjoyment of adults only and are unsuitable for children. Exceptions:- we can accommodate children under 10 on a foldaway bed in La Perouse 3 and infants under 2 in La Perouse 4 (portacot are available on request). Please indicate when booking if travelling with children.

Broadband Internet WIFI is Free to all guests for checking emails.

Payments
Payment in full via credit card is require to secure a booking.

All gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

Visa, Master Card, Amex (surcharge applies)

Delivery Policy - Online Bookings
Upon making an online booking via the NetBookings online booking system secure server you will receive a confirmation tax invoice page you can print and you will also receive a confirmation tax invoice by email.

Cancellation & Refunds
Standard industry cancellation fees apply as follows: Cancellations notified 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the full deposit of 50% of the total tariff unless the room is re-let. Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the total tariff.

All prepaid bookings are non-refundable.

An administration fee of $50 applies to all cancellations.

Bush Fire Policy

Due to the State Law Fire Restrictions, La Perouse Lorne will be unable to accommodate Confirmed Guests on days of EXTREME CODE RATINGS.
We will also be required to Evacuate all guests on EXTREME CODE DAYS rated days.

Every effort will be made to contact you, our Guest prior to arrival on these days and either reschedule your booking, provide a voucher to be used another time or refund you depending on your method of payment.

Due to the Area restriction we will be unable to find alternative accommodation in this Region.  All payments for nights not redeemed will be refunded.

Minimum Night Bookings
A minimum of 2 nights applies on weekends and long weekends if Saturday night is included. However, Saturday night only bookings will be taken with an additional 25% surcharge when the Friday and Sunday nights have been booked as a single night by another guest(s). In addition, we have a 10% surcharge for a single night midweek. A minimum of 2 nights (or more) may also apply on other public holidays or during the period from Christmas Day through to Australia Day (3 nights) and the Easter holiday period (4 nights).

We offer 10% discount if booking 3 or more nights at La Perouse (excluding long weekends, Christmas/January peak period and school holidays).

Check in anytime from 2:00pm
Check out anytime before 11:00am (except during peak times where we ask you to vacate before 10am)

Terms and Conditions
The number of guests staying in each suite must not exceed TWO (2). La Perouse is not suitable for children (we have portacots available on request in certain suites for infants under 2 only). Strictly N0 pets allowed. Strictly NO SMOKING - penalties will apply.  Guests are required to be considerate of otherguests staying at La Perouse.

Breakages and Losses
You are responsible for leaving the suite in the state in which you found it on arrival. All breakages or losses must be reported immediately to us. The cost of making good any damage or loss to the property (other than normal wear and tear), or its contents, will be charged for using the credit card provided.

Lost property is held for a period of 1 month.  It is the responsibility of the guest to contact La Perouse management to claim lost property. On request, lost property will be returned cash on delivery via Australia Post including a service charge from $10.

Disclaimer
The owners of the La Perouse are not liable for loss to you of any personal belongings while you are in the property. You are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation insurance and personal belongings since these items are not covered by the owners' insurance. The owners shall not be liable to the client: * for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property for reasons beyond our control. * for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, strikes, or other matters beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability
The liability of the owners shall be limited to the amount of any rentals and deposits paid. In no event shall the owners be liable for consequential damages.

Delivery Policy - Online Bookings
Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings may apply, depending on the room or rate type selected. Please read carefully the room rate details that are provided before you make your online booking.

Upon making an online booking via Little Hotelier online booking system secure server you will you will also receive a confirmation tax invoice by email you can print.

In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will need your confirmation reference number, as well as the email address used to make the reservation.

Advance Purchase Rates When booking an Advance Purchase Rate your credit card will be charged for the entire stay at the time of booking and the charge is completely non-refundable. A cancellation or change will result in forfeit of the amount charged.

Packages All packages available at La Perouse Lorne are subject to room availability. If you book a Stay Longer package and check out early, you will be charged for the full stay.


Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made within the cancellation period signified on the reservation confirmation. If notice of cancellation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge one night's accommodation. Please note that some rates (eg Stay longer, Advance Purchase and Last Minute Rates) are non-refundable and in the event of a no show, the full charge of the reservation is taken from your credit card.

All published rates are subject to change and are inclusive of GST.
All rates are based on dual occupancy and inclusive of two guests, rooms, and inclusions.

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will automatically be charged the full value of the booking.

Visa & MasterCard attract a 1% surcharge; Amex attract a 2% surcharge.

Gift Vouchers Reservations completed using a gift voucher require a current credit card to confirm the reservation. In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% non-refundable deposit plus credit card surcharges will be retained from the value of the voucher or on the credit card supplied at time of booking.

Gift Voucher reservations can be amended and transferred to another date outside 14 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled or amended within 14 days of arrival, the gift voucher will be void and the monetary value of the Gift Voucher will be used towards the
full cancellation fee.

Impossibility Clause
In the event that services are impossible to fulfil due to natural disaster, state of emergeny, pandemic, or similar the amount paid will act as a credit towards future stays. No refunds will be issued.

Hotel Cancellation due to COVID Isolation
This clause is in addition to the impossibility clause. In the event that you are unable to travel because you have returned a positive COVID result, and your mandated isolation period falls within your travel dates, the following cancellation policy applies:

On provision of COVID test details, we will do our best to resell the reservation. If we are able to do so, then your package value will be forwarded in credit for future use.

If we are unable to resell the reservation, 50% of the package value will be charged as a cancellation fee, 50% will be held in credit for future use.
