IPSOS - ONE HAT

duckipsos

Congratulations and well deserved to Dom and his team who have received their first hat.

New in Lorne, but to no surprise, this regional Victorian restaurant is here to stay.

With a name strongly connected to the Greek Australian community at its helm, this eatery reflects an edgy and fun take on Greek food executed the Aussie way.

Dominic Talimanidis grew up on the kitchen floor of this restaurant when the premises was operated by his parents as Kostas from 1976 until 2003. Pam Talimanidis was in charge of the menu. Dom’s new vision was to re-introduce Greek food with a more youthful outlook and it has paid off. All the dishes are designed to share so you don’t have to miss out on anything.

Ipsos is open for lunch and dinner (Thurs -Mon), serving drinks and cocktails from 12 noon till 11.00 pm.

Where: 48 Mountjoy Parade, Lorne, VIC
